The present curator of the Hong Kong Herbarium is C. C. Lai. The address
is Hong Kong Herbarium, Agriculture and Fisheries Department, Canton Road
Government Offices, 393 Canton Road 12th floor, Kowloon Hong Kong. The
phone number is (852) 2733 2494 and the fax number is (852) 2311 3731.
Although the herbarium is not actively growing it does have some
historically important specimens including a set of E. H. Wilson and also
a set of A. Henry collections. In addition there are many important early
Hong Kong collections including quite a few types, many of which are not
marked as such.
