You might want to contact Dr. Richard Saunders (saunders@hkucc.hku.hk) in
the department of botany at Hong Kong University to see if he can give you
information about the Hong Kong herbarium. My understanding was that it
was basically inactive now, but Richard, I am sure, will be the most likely
person to know.
