As FOC Web browsers may note in the on-line Newsletter, Mark Watson (E) and
Ching-I Peng (HAST) have been appointed as new members of the Flora of
China Editorial Committee. Mark replaces Professor David Ingram as the
editorial committee member at E. We thank Professor Ingram for all of his
personal and
institutional support for our program, which has been magnificent.
